2months down..

I have hit my homesickness stage like AFS said I would.

It's hard being 9hours away, and thousands of miles away from home, away from everything I know.........and also today is Thanksgiving back home. It is hard not being there for a day of thanks with my family.

Being here makes me realize:
1) That I love my family to pieces. :) clichè = yes truth= 100%
2) That I love my country! :)

Like the italians say, "PAZIENZA." I will get through this, I know I will.

On the other hand....
I am progressing in my Italian, but not satisfied in my abilities, and I feel as if I should know a little more, but time will take care of that.

As of right now I am not fully capable of understanding what the professore is saying, "PACIENZA".

Oh did I tell you that I have become , as they say, ANOTHER FAT STUDENT! yES oh Yes it is CERTAINLY 100% TRUE that student exchangers WILL GAIN WEIGHT! It comes with the experience. "Pazienza". Trying not to worry too much about it, but hey I am girl, and us girls are always worrying about our weight! :p

rANDOM:
I am taking swimming classes in another little town called Lotzorai, and hey it helps to have a cute instructor HAHAH!

My volleyball team won the last game, and I got all kinds of volleyball attire! :)

I laughed the other day because they have the corny American soap operas here and it reminded me of my mother :)

My host mom saw my dad on skype yesterday, and said he was more good looking than her husband, and she called her husband ugly.

I absolutely love hearing Italians argue :).. it's priceless.

More parolacce!
Vai a caggare

Rompe palle
That's all for now..
TO BE CONTINUED!

Baci e abbracci!
